5-Day Schedule & Activities
We offer a variety of fun activities including:
Painting
Our experienced instructors at Cool Art Studio will guide participants through basic techniques, making it easy and fun to create their own masterpieces. From mixing colors to brush strokes, every step is an opportunity for creativity to shine.
Art & Craft
Dive into a world of creativity that goes beyond traditional painting. Our craft activity encourages kids to explore various mediums, including integrating LED lights into their creations. Using their hands and imaginative minds, they'll craft unique pieces of art that are both fun and engaging.
Singing / Acting
Our instructors, who are professional musical actors, are ready to lead your kids through an exhilarating journey of singing and acting. Let your children experience the sheer joy of performing, discovering their musicality, and honing their acting skills.
Music Day
We introduce children to a wide array of music activities. As a music school, every room is furnished with acoustic pianos. Through singing, playing musical instruments, and more, children not only gain musical skills but also enjoy a memorable experience.
Outdoor Games
Summer is here, and we know kids are eager to get outside and play! Our outdoor games are designed to keep them active and engaged, incorporating exercises that get their bodies moving. However, we're also prepared to switch to indoor games if the weather doesn't cooperate. Rain or shine, we've got the fun covered!
Fashion Show
Fashion is another captivating way for children to express themselves. We invite kids to join us by bringing their favorite outfits from home—pieces they don't typically wear except for special occasions or just something they feel like showing off. It's not a competition, so feel free to express yourself through your outfit in front of everyone!
Day 1 (Monday)

- Finish painting project
Please ensure the children are dressed in attire suitable for getting dirty, as we will be using paints, inks, and other materials in a painting class.
Day 2 (Tuesday)
- Arts & Crafts
- Lunch break
- Park visit (weather permitting)
- Fashion Show
Encourage the children to bring three outfits of their choice for the Fashion Show. We’ll also remind them the day before.
Day 3 (Wednesday)
- Singing & Acting - preparing a musical
- Lunch break
- Park visit (weather permitting)
- Outdoor Games
Please have the kids wear running shoes or sneakers suitable for movement, as well as comfortable athletic attire, as we may engage in exercise activities and games in the Outdoor Games session.
Day 4 (Thursday)
- Singing & Acting - practice musical
- Lunch break
- Park visit (weather permitting)
- Music Day - percussions
Day 5 (Friday)
- Indoor Games
- Lunch break
- Park visit (weather permitting)
- Perform musical for parents
Parents are encouraged to attend and witness the musical performance by the children. They will practice their parts for this day and showcase what they’ve achieved in front of the audience.
The schedule may change depending on factors such as the teachers’ availability or weather conditions.

- When is this Summer Camp held?
The Summer Camp will run every week from July 8th to August 30th. It is a 5-day course starting on Mondays. Please select your preferred week from the options provided in the application form below.
- Where is this Summer Camp held?
The Summer Camp will be held at Music Gallery & Academy in West Vancouver.
Location: 1468 Marine Dr., West Vancouver, BC, V7T 1B7
- Parking – Free street parking (with a 2-hour limit)
- Bus – 250/257 Westbound Marine Dr. Stop at 14th St. (1 min walk from the bus stop to Music Gallery & Academy)
- Will lunch be provided?
No, we do not serve lunch. Please ensure that your child brings their own lunch and snacks. We may also provide small snacks or smoothies for break time, so please let us know if your child has any food allergies in the application form below.
- Can I attend for just one or two days instead of the full five days?
Generally, our program is structured as a 5-day package. However, we can make exceptions if you can only attend one or two days in a particular week. If you can only attend three or four days, you will still be charged for the entire 5-day amount. Please let us know your specific needs, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Do the children have to be students at Music Academy or Cool Art Studio to participate in the Summer Camp?
Absolutely not! Even if you are not currently a student of Music Academy or Cool Art Studio, please feel free to join our exciting Summer Camp program. Every year, we welcome many children who are not our students, and they thoroughly enjoy our program. You are also welcome to bring friends or siblings along if you wish.
- What is the cancellation policy?
Once registered and paid, there will be no refunds. However, if you encounter an emergency preventing attendance during the registered week, with one week’s advance notice, you may change your attendance to another week, allowing you to utilize your credit.
