Product Information of Yamaha Acoustic Electric Guitar LS16ARE DT
The Yamaha LS16ARE DT is an acoustic-electric guitar designed for professional musicians and serious enthusiasts. This is part of our collection of acoustic-electric guitars.
The new Yamaha LS16ARE features an all-solid Rosewood back and sides with a premium Engelmann Spruce top. This model benefits from a newly designed bracing pattern and Yamaha’s A.R.E. (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement) treatment, delivering a rich, warm resonance with excellent tonal balance.
The guitar also includes a redesigned neck profile and Yamaha’s Zero-Impact SRT pickup for a comfortable and stress-free performance. A.R.E. technology enhances the wood’s acoustic properties, making it comparable to aged instruments.
The updated bracing pattern improves the low-end tone while retaining the L series’ bright sound. The neck, with its re-evaluated string spacing and profile, offers a stable grip and smooth playability. The new 5-ply neck construction, made from rosewood and mahogany, ensures a powerful sound and durability.
The LS’s small body provides a surprisingly big, confident sound and is ideal for finger-style guitarists due to its excellent tonal balance.
