Product Information of Yamaha Acoustic Electric Guitar LJ36AREII
The Yamaha LJ36AREII is an acoustic-electric guitar designed for professional musicians and serious enthusiasts. This is part of our collection of acoustic-electric guitars.
The L36 exemplifies the best of the L series, combining expert craftsmanship with features like hand-laid inlays and an ultra-thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish to deliver unique tonal dynamics and balance.
The LJ body shape offers comfort while seated, with a strong low-end presence and crisp tone, ideal for a variety of playing styles. Although it has slightly less volume than the LL model, it provides a wide dynamic range.
Yamaha’s Acoustic Resonance Enhancement (A.R.E.) optimizes the wood’s molecular structure, mimicking the acoustics of well-aged instruments. The new bracing pattern preserves the L series’ bright tone while enhancing the low-end.
The design team refined the neck for better comfort and playability, providing a stable grip and a smooth playing experience. The 5-ply neck, constructed from mahogany and rosewood, ensures strength and stability. Models are available with rosewood or mahogany back and sides, allowing players to choose based on their tonal preferences.
The SRT Zero Impact Pickup system is a new passive pickup designed to minimize its effect on the instrument’s tone and traditional appearance. It uses individual piezoelectric elements for each string to accurately capture the L Series’ dynamic sound, ensuring the instrument stands out when played in a band.
