The Hailun 120A model meets not only the requirements of the piano industry but also ensures product quality and stability through the application of advanced CNC five-axis machining bending. High-tech CNC control equipment completes drilling work on the 120A piano iron plate, mills string reinforcement, and assembles sound source components, ensuring manufacturing accuracy and maintaining piano quality.

Controlled temperature and humidity in Hailun workshops, combined with patented positioning technology and CNC processing from Japan, guarantee assembly precision and the fundamental stability of the piano, including the 120A model.
The keyboard of the 120A model features HAINSWORTH felt from the UK, renowned for its durability. This ensures piano stability in various environmental conditions. The soundboard of the 120A model is constructed with spruce wood. It utilizes ANBIC hammer felt from Japan, as seen in WL125 hammers, ensuring a soft tone.

ROSLAU’s high strings from Germany contribute to rich overtones during the play. Maple hammer handles and alder hammer wood cores in the 120A model further enhance tonal softness and overtone quality. Various kinds of wood from northeast China are carefully selected for ribs and other wooden components in the 120A model. This promotes effective sound transmission with solid wood string coding.

In addition, chamfer threading technology in WL125 tuning pegs ensures smooth tone production without noise disturbances. Stability and durability are ensured with the string axis comprising 18 layers of maple in the 120A model. Automatic string machine friction relieves stress for a prolonged and consistent tone.

Moreover, an aluminum alloy-framed key bed prevents deformation, ensuring a smooth keyboard surface for comfortable play. The 120A model is equipped with an elegant and refined sound mechanism. It features a well-positioned and noise-free tap linkage system, enhancing the overall playing experience.
