A music recital is a big opportunity for students to showcase their hard work and talent to a large crowd. Despite the nerves of performing in front of guests, every year, a hundred brave students of ours take the stage to share their dedication. We really respect their effort, knowing these experiences not only improve musical skills but also build confidence applicable to all facets of life.
Music Lesson Packages & Fees
Monthly Package (4 Lessons in Each Payment Cycle)
Program Guidelines:
- Requires an annual $60 registration fee.
- The first payment for the 4-lesson pack must be made in full at least 24 hours in advance. The next cycle of payment will be auto-charged one week before the start of the new cycle. This is an auto-recurring charge every month (credit card required).

A minimum attendance commitment is required for the initial period after signup as follows.
For Prime time spots* – at least 4 months of commitment / or For Non-Prime time spots* – at least 1 month of commitment. - If a student chooses to pause lessons for more than 4 weeks and wishes to reserve their spot, a Reservation Fee of $50 will be required.

*Prime-time spots: 3 PM to 8 PM on weekdays, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM.
*Non-Prime time spots: Weekdays until 3 PM, and all day on Sundays.

Single Drop-in Lesson
Program Guidelines:
- Great for trying a lesson before signing up for a monthly package or for individuals who can't commit to weekly attendance.
- Can be booked at any time given the teacher's availability and must be paid at least 24 hours ahead of time, and can buy a few ahead of time.
- Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled for make-up, with the exception of emergencies.
- Single lesson students understand that their time slot is only reserved for the dates they have scheduled, and may not be available for future weeks unless scheduled in advance with the staff.

We offer a different fee for lessons that are tailored for RCM levels 6 and higher.
- The fee below applies to both the monthly packages and the single drop-in lesson for RCM 6+.
- The Annual Registration Fee of $60 is also applied to the monthly packages of RCM 6+.

Room Rentals
Do you want to practice musical instruments without disturbing others?
We have practice rooms available for rent for $40/hour.
All rooms are equipped with an acoustic upright piano and can be used for individual practice as well as group practices.
There are no extended contracts offered. Customers have the option to use our equipment but are not permitted to leave any items behind. Rental requests are subject to approval and availability, and the maximum rental duration is two weeks due to our frequently changing inventory.

FAQs for Music Lessons
Yes, we offer both online and in-person lessons to accommodate your preferences. While online lessons may sound convenient, we highly recommend in-person classes, especially for intermediate and advanced learners. The nuances of instrument sound through digital devices can vary slightly from live settings, potentially impacting your musical experience. Moreover, aspects like body posture, hand positions, and form are easier for our teachers to correct effectively in face-to-face sessions. However, we understand the need for flexibility and continue to offer online lessons to meet your schedule and location needs. Please let us know if online lessons are your preference, and we will try our best to find the best solution to meet your needs.
Yes, group lessons are available upon request.
The youngest age to start music lessons varies depending on the instrument, but typically around 4 years old is recommended as a starting age.

Yes, parents are welcome to be present during their child’s lessons, especially for small kids who may feel shy or nervous with a new teacher. Having parents nearby can help them feel more at ease and relaxed during the lesson.

Cancellation Policy
- If a lesson is missed, your lesson will still be charged. You must notify your teacher about missing lessons in advance.
- Same day cancellations do not receive a make-up lesson or refund.
- For any rescheduling or future cancellations, 2 weeks notice is required. Less than 2 weeks notice does not guarantee a make-up lesson due to teachers’ busy schedules. If a teacher recommends a certain make-up time it is recommended the student accepts the time. Students are allowed to reschedule or cancel future dates 2 times in a given 4 month period.
- For any sudden sickness, students are allowed 2 cancellations in an entire year if notified by the morning of their lesson day, for which they will have to arrange a make-up lesson with their teacher.
- Tuitions are non-refundable – there are no refunds for past or current pack’s unused lessons.
- You can cancel or pause your next recurring monthly charges at any time with just 2 weeks advance notice before your next charge goes through. If you pause your class for more than 2 weeks, your spot will not be reserved and your package for that month will be changed to single lesson rate.
- Unused lessons can remain as credit for up to 3 months.
- If you wished to stop future lessons after your next recurring pack has been charged and you wished to receive a refund for future lessons, a deduction of $15 will take place. Otherwise, you can choose to leave your credit in the system for up to 3 months for taking lessons later, or transfer it to a family/friend, or use it as in store credit.
