Max(A.V.C.M., B.Mus) has been a professional violinist and teacher for over 20 years, performing throughout Canada, U.S.A. and Europe. He studied at the St. Louis Conservatory, and Indiana University, specializing in Baroque violin and string pedagogy. He has done Suzuki teacher training with Sanford Reuning, William Starr, and Rosalind O’Keefe. Maxwell taught for 8 years at Capilano University, in the Continuing Education Dept. Suzuki program. Currently he is the first violinist of the Arietta String Quartet and teaches at the Vancouver Music Gallery.
