Acoustic pianos provide a unique sound and tactile experience that can significantly influence your learning. In-person piano lessons are conducted on acoustic pianos in our studio, enabling you to fully appreciate and adjust to nuances in touch, dynamics, and tone production that may not be as accurately conveyed online.
In-person lessons facilitate immediate interaction between teacher and student without potential delays or technical glitches common in online environments. This instant feedback loop can enhance learning by addressing questions, demonstrating techniques, and responding to challenges in real-time, fostering a more responsive and engaging learning environment.
In today’s digital era, music lessons are readily available on online platforms, and you may find it convenient as you don’t have to go to school.
Although we do offer online classes for special circumstances where attending in person isn’t feasible, as a music school that has taught hundreds of students over the past decades, we strongly believe the advantages of in-person lessons can never be replicated.
First and foremost, the sound reproduced through electronic devices is never the same as the richness and depth of a live performance. Moreover, important factors such as posture, body alignment, hand position, and foot position are not easy to address online compared to in-person sessions.
Due to these reasons, our school primarily recommends face-to-face lessons at our studio. However, for those who strongly prefer online lessons, we try our best to provide quality instruction. Please let us know if that’s your preference.

Note: For advanced piano students, we offer lessons with a piano teacher holding an ARCT degree. As lesson fees differ from regular piano lessons, please indicate in the contact form if you wish to take a lesson with an ARCT-certified teacher.
